Aryans, Dravidians

This is a very short blog on the "actual" definiton of the two terms.

Aryans: The word 'Aryan' literally means 'noble born'. It was a form of respect practiced among the people settled in and around the Gangetic plain. (Vedic people)
Even today in Iran, a person proudly calls himself an "Aryan" - and it has nothing to do with race.
The word itself has similar roots to the word "Ayya" in tamil -which is also an form or respect. (Again, the brahmin caste - 'ayyar' was based on this word)
So saying that there was an Aryan invasion in India is as ridiculous as saying medieval England was invaded by a race of people called "sirs", just because all the important and respected people of that time were knighted with a "sir" title.
That is the case my friends, of how we practice a ridiculous history imposed upon us by our colonists and continued by todays "indian" historians too.

Dravidians: The word Dravidian is a derivation of the word "tamil". The greeks mispronounced the common word "tamilar" (தமிழர்) as "tramilar" --> "tramidar" --> "dravidar"
In time, it came to represent all the people who speak Tamil and its derivatives.
